Payment in cash
Cash payment is payment in cash upon arrival. Prices of services are expressed in EUR.
Credit and debit card payments:
One-time payments in the webshop can be made with most credit and debit cards.
Payment by credit or debit card is made once, and the payment process itself is protected by the highest security standards of card payment protection, which includes authentication of the cardholder with a token or 3D secure code issued by the card issuing bank. For questions about 3D secure authentication, contact your card issuer’s bank. When paying by card, the user’s account is debited immediately, without delay (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA PREMIUM, Diners).
Payment by bank transfer
Payment is made by bank transfer according to the received offer/invoice.
Security of online card payments
Blue Nautica uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses 256-bit encryption SSL certification and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679- Regulation and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation WSPay, as the executor of credit card authorization and payment, handles personal data as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data
Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and strict PCI DSS L1 regulations on registration protection and data transmission. WSPay uses SSL certificate 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transferring data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, ie in the performance of obligations of the Agreement or under the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of enforcing the authorization and collection agreement.WSPay guarantees the fulfilment of all conditions set by the applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
Submission of a complaint
The user of our services, customer has the right to submit a written complaint regarding the provided service either at the premises of Blue Nautica., by mail to Obrt Trogir, vl.Joško Kandija, Put Cumbrijana 19, 21220 Trogir, Croatia, or by email to info@blue-nautica.com within 8 days from the date of service. Blue Nautica is obliged to respond to the complaint within 15 days of receiving it and is required to keep a written record of complaints for at least one year from the date of receipt.
The customer must first address any irregularities and claims on the spot to us or the service provider. If the complaint can be resolved on the spot and the customer did not complain at that time, it is assumed that the customer agrees with the service and thus loses the right to submit subsequent complaints with a request for a price reduction or compensation. Blue Nautica will not consider complaints if the customer has not attached a copy of the written complaint made on the spot. If there is no improvement after the complaint, the customer must request a confirmation showing that the service was not provided or was not provided as agreed. This confirmation must be attached to the written complaint. The customer is obliged to submit a written complaint within 8 days after the end of the service by email to info@blue-nautica.com or by mail to Obrt Trogir, vl.Joško Kandija, Put Cumbrijana 19, 21220 Trogir, Croatia. If the customer submits a written complaint after this period, Blue Nautica is not obliged to consider it.
Blue Nautica is required to issue a written decision on the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and may extend the decision period by an additional 14 days to gather information. During the resolution process, up to a maximum of 14 or 28 days after the complaint is submitted, the customer irrevocably waives the right to involve any other person or institution or to provide information to the media. During this time, the customer also waives the right to sue. The maximum compensation per complaint can reach the amount of the claimed part of the service and cannot include already used services or the total amount of the arrangement. The customer and Blue Nautica will try to resolve disputes amicably, and if not, they agree on the jurisdiction of the court in Trogir. Croatian law will apply. According to the Law on the Providing Services in Tourism, the customer can submit a proposal for dispute resolution to a notified body for alternative consumer dispute resolution in accordance with the law governing alternative consumer dispute resolution.
