Upon completion, participants receive an internationally recognized certificate from the relevant diving association.
Children aged 12-15 will earn an OW JUNIOR certificate, which automatically upgrades to an OWD certificate at age 15 without additional courses.
Note: OW JUNIOR divers are limited to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
The Open Water Diver Course is your gateway to becoming an autonomous diver. If you’ve already taken the Scuba Diver Course, you’re already on your way! The skills and training you’ve gained can be applied towards your open water certification.
With this internationally recognized certification, you’ll be able to explore the underwater world with a buddy, without needing a professional guide, up to a depth of 18 meters (60 feet).
