Booking Confirmation
Once you successfully complete the booking process, your reservation will be confirmed, and a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please retain this email, as it contains all the details of your reservation, and present it upon arrival for your tour. Note that pets are not permitted on the tour.
Tour Date Changes
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your tour. If weather permits, your tour will be conducted the following day or on another mutually agreed date. Should the new date not be suitable for you, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
We regret to hear that you may need to cancel your tour, but we understand that plans can change during a vacation. We will do our best to accommodate your decision. Please review our current cancellation policy:
• Cancellation at least 7 days prior to your tour start: No charge.
• Cancellation between 6 and 3 days prior to your tour start: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. If a deposit was paid, the remaining amount will be charged to complete 50% of the total reservation cost.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your tour start or without notice: The total reservation cost will be charged.
• No-show (non-arrival) at the specified time and location: The total reservation cost will be charged. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice, in accordance with the above policy.
